The Loft at Studio J Wedding in Stillwater - Chelsea & Chad

Chelsea & Chad are two of the sweetest people I’ve ever met!  They simply could not wait to be with each other on the day of their wedding.  During their first look moment, a silence fell over the room as they embraced each other ever so tightly and tears of happiness wet their eyes.  They were just so incredibly happy to be with each other that nothing else mattered.  It was such a beautiful moment.  When I went back to edit their photos I found myself tearing up.

I have to share their love story here again, even though I already talked about it in their engagement photos, but I just think it’s such a great story that I have to share it again.

Chad was employed by Chelsea’s father, John.  One day Chad went into his office and saw a photo of Chelsea, so he started asking questions about her.  Chelsea’s dad basically gave Chad the boot!  Some time went by and people began to comment on what a great worker Chad was and John was keeping an eye on him as well and he decided to give Chad a chance.  John invited him over to watch a game with the family and other friends so he could have the opportunity to meet Chelsea in a somewhat casual atmosphere.  So, Chad baked a batch of cookies to bring with him and there must have been some magic baking powder in them because I think it was love at first sight!  I just love this story!  And it would only make sense that they should have cookies as their favors at their wedding!  So, so sweet!
