Costa Rica Part I
Prepare yourself for a week of Costa Rica! I went to Costa Rica to photograph a wedding, but since we were there, we took some time to enjoy ourselves as well. How could we not! We were in a teeny tiny village at the tip of the Nicoya Peninsula right on the ocean and it was incredible! Where do I begin? We had so many delicious, fruity drinks and wonderful food. We saw tons of wildlife, iguanas, birds (the crazy White throated Magpie Jays that would try to steal our breakfast and were addicted to sugar packets) and MONKEYS! We saw monkeys in the wild! It was awesome and I kind of went a little crazy every time we saw them and I wanted to hold them, but of course I didn’t because, you know, they are wild animals. I’m not that crazy! But they are so adorable, and some of them had babies on their backs. We saw the Capuchin and Howler monkeys. AND it was blazing hot! Sometimes I liked it and sometimes it was too hot, like in the 90’s. But what a wonderful place it is. This whole week I will have photos from our trip!
