As some of you may know, Tim and I collect the state refrigerator magnets. The deal is though, that we have to have been in the state together. While on our trip out to Maryland this past summer we drove up the coast, through Ocean City which is just miles and miles of stoplights, hotels and Dunkin Donuts (I never need to go there again) and then into Delaware so that we could say that we’ve been there and add that magnet to our refrigerator. We stopped at one of the beaches and again, it was so sweltering hot and steamy, so we walked very slowly and watched the birds swooping back and forth beneath a bridge in the shade.
